3. Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final and non-refundable. We only offer exchanges in case of manufacturing defects or if the jewelry is damaged during delivery.
4. How can I request an exchange?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at customersupport@tajornament.com or calling us at +92-XXX-XXX-TAJ (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm).
5. In what cases can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are accepted only if:

The jewelry is broken/damaged upon delivery.
6. How long does delivery take?
We deliver all orders within 3–4 business days across Pakistan.
7. Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping charges apply on orders below Rs. 2000. Orders above Rs. 2000 qualify for free delivery.
8. Can I exchange jewelry bought during sales or promotions?
No. Products purchased during sales or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange.
9. What condition must the jewelry be in for exchange?
The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original Taj Ornament packaging with all tags intact.
10. How long does it take to process an exchange?
Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
